Agriline wheels are manufactured to a high degree of accuracy on high speed and high strength roll formers, using special grade and high tensile steel to produce a true profile for easy tyre mounting.

To ensure a clean, uniform, and accurate weld, all wheels are welded on automatic CNC/PLC SPM welding machines.

The hub and mounting holes are drilled using CNC multi-spindle drilling machines and CNC VTL machines, respectively, in order to achieve the highest level of accuracy.  

In a state-of-the-art, SCADA-controlled paint shop, wheels are finished with the latest generation of Cathode Electro Deposition (CED/E-Coat/Cataphoresis) paint as primer, applied in a dust-free pressurized booth, which ensures that the wheels have the best surface finish on the market and are practically rustproof for the lifetime of the rims.
